The impulse welding machine is used for welding plastic foil. Welding is performed using a resistance strip which is powered from the welding transformer. The machine is fitted with a programmable automatic with a display using which the operator can set the operating parameters.
The welding machine includes a work table. A sufficient quantity of foil led between the welding bars (from the roll under the table for covering the product in the back direction) is pulled over the table. Then a product is placed on the table and foil is pulled back over the product and the foil is led between the welding bars. Then the product is ready for packing (welding the foil ends).
