The machine is designed for wrapping pallets loaded with material such as building bricks and breeze blocks, bags and sacks, cardboard and paper, bottles, etc. into PE bags and shrink wrapping. The machine incorporates a vertical pick up "AKIVY 1500," which produces a bag from roll fed PE film, expands the bag with gripping fingers, inflates the bags by air (for easy pull-down) and encapsulates the loaded pallet. The palettes is transferred via a motorised conveyor into the "SHOK 2" (heat chamber) and is shrink wrapped. Following shrink wrapping, the pallet transferred by motorised conveyor away from the working area for loading to transport or stock.
