The machine is designed to produce bags from multi-layer PE+PAD film and/or semi-tube for vacuum packing food products. Through linear and transverse bars the material is welded and a cropping head profiles single bags. The welding bars are permanently heated and controlled by pneumatic cylinders. The machine features two de-spooling heads with pneumatic magnetically operated power braking system. The braking system ensures the film is held at constant tension.
